...the recruiting for this month. 2.) I would expect that Smart had to work through a number of candidates. I trust/hope/expect he went out for the highest thought-of DCs around, which took time to go through, before settling on Lupoi. 3.) Lupoi seems to be a highly-thought-of recruiter, which will benefit the team when recruiting opens up again.
